[ConsortiumShare] Evaluating Data Literacy programmes

Hi Mor,

If you give us two years, we'll have the results. ;-) BetaNYC, NYU, and NYC
Mayor's Office of Data Analytics are just kicking off a two year study how
to measure open data trainings and their longitudinal impact. Our current
impact models mesure how many people are looking at various websites and
the demographics of whom we are teaching.

I'd love to know what else ppl find and would love to share the work we're
doing it as we do it... I'll talk to the team and see what we can share.
