[ConsortiumShare] Evaluating Data Literacy programmes

Hello Mor,
The way my team does it ideally is set the objectives and indicators at the
beginning and compare the before and after as part of our evaluation.
What you could do for individual data literacy is list the issues that you
had identified at the beginning and make it into a questionnaire where
people would share if
* that was an issue for them before
* it is less of an issue for them now
example: identifying which kind of expertise is needed for a data project.
At the organisational level (data culture) you could use something like the
Data Maturity framework and use it as a way to evaluate where you are now,
and interview various people on what part of it has seen progress or
stagnation.
