[liberationtech] New Tools for Today's Investigative Journalist

Let me recommend Jitsi as well. It's multi-protocol multi-platform chat
client that has both OTR (encrypted text) and ZRTP (encrypted voip)
functionality.

especially from the developers who might be able to review the code.
