Hi Michael,

Not really sure if this is helpful, but we’re trialing a new play (exercise) this week for The Collective Power Playbook called A Starter Advocacy Strategy Play that does stakeholder mapping using a Spectrogram, along with some preliminary power analysis. Find it here: https://collectivepower.net/starter-advocacy-strategy-play/. The trials are happening Wednesday and Thursday this week - the times and registration links are on the right in the pinkish boxes. There’s also a version of it on FabRiders site that might be helpful to review. https://www.fabriders.net/spectrogram-stakeholder-map/

And of course, I’d be more than happy to have a conversation about how to apply the above to your context OR just brainstorm in general on how to tackle it. The sort of stuff I live for. :-)

I'm organizing an event of around 50 people from different organizations in an emerging field and hoping to plan something that helps everyone build a collective picture of who's doing what but also what's needed/missing.
