Dear Meg,

My name is Lydia Markaki and I am coordinator of the public programme at Framer Framed.
I am contacting you regarding your proposal to host the launch of your research project DATAGOV at Framer Framed.

First of all, I would like to thank you for considering Framer Framed as a potential space for the launch of your research project. The thematic you are looking into is extremely interesting and very closely aligned with thematics that Framer Framed has inquired into in the past - such as the Really?<https://framerframed.nl/en/exposities/expositie-really-art-and-knowledge-in-time-of-crisis/> exhibition - and still looking into. I believe it would be a very fitting programme.

Regarding the dates, the 26th and 27th of March are available in our calendar for hosting the event, with a preference on the 27th.
Our flat rental fee for the main space for up to 50 ppl for 2 - 4 hours is 400€ excl. VAT. For a whole day (4-8 hours) is 750€ excl. VAT.
In addition, since we do not have an in-house audiovisual technician, I would like to kindly ask you whether there is a budget allocated to cover up the technician’s fee.
Framer Framed is offering in-kind the use of the audiovisual equipment, three people from our team to assist on the day with setting up, welcoming people, tending the bar, facilitating etc, free water, coffee and tea for te participants and PR an communication.

We can also set up a meeting to discuss details and explore possibilities.
