[DATAGOV Core] Kick-off: artistic/performative proposal

Hi everyone,

I drafted a proposal for the performance at the kick-off event here.

In the meeting I mentioned having a performance, and for now two names 
that came to mind are The Void & Donatella della Ratta and Crosslucid. 
If you have any suggestion feel free to add it to the pad, even just a 
name and then I can find more info and get in contact.

On top of that, I was thinking that we could use the kick-off event to 
launch the Living Lab, if it's not too soon and/or it is feasible. If 
Setup wants to collaborate, I think their experience on building the 
interactive fb museum and their network could help us setting up the Lab 
and launch it on the day of the kick-off event. What do you think Stefi 
and everyone else?
