Regarding the dates, the 26th and 27th of March are available in our calendar for hosting the event, with a preference on the 27th.</div>

Our flat rental fee for the main space for up to 50 ppl for 2 - 4 hours is 400€ excl. VAT. For a whole day (4-8 hours) is 750€ excl. VAT.</div>

In addition, since we do not have an in-house audiovisual technician, I would like to kindly ask you whether there is a budget allocated to cover up the technician’s fee.</div>
