[liberationtech] Decentalized Marketplace

Hello,
I am still a pretty amateur programmer, but I would love to help with your
project. I am also wondering how you plan on hosting the site in a
decentralized manner. As much as I know of the web, you'd have to at least
have a DNS server that can target a lot of bits of information that has no
central source, almost a torrent of sorts. This would require a program
that could gather these parts. I would love to see the theory behind a
decentralized website, and to be a part of the project.
