[liberationtech] Making an 'aluburka'

Hi! This is a bit offtopic for this list, but I couldn't think of another
place to ask.

I've been wondering how to create a 'Aluburka' myself. I'm unable to find
any material on that. Not even the most basic of instructions seem to be
available. For those not familiar with the term:
