[liberationtech] Safer submission of content to news organizations

That would be privacy. Anonymity should indicate impossibility for identify
to be known, no?

I believe Martyn is talking about a system where each submitter has a
unique identifier, but where their transmissions are as secure and private
as possible.

Isn't it important to distinguish levels of security or privacy?
