[liberationtech] Safer submission of content to news organizations

Thanks Brian and yes. Perhaps I didn't explain it well enough.
It should be private, so eavesdroppers have difficulty linking person A
with news organization B, but not necessarily anonymous from the
perspective of B.
News organizations, at least most reputable ones, have rules against
anonymous content and cannot use it in many circumstances. For example,
see AP's rules on Anonymous sources: http://www.ap.org/newsvalues/index.html
That doesn't mean anonymity should be impossible - sometimes it might be
desirable - but the goal of the system isn't to disguise the
identification of the sender to the receiver.
In fact, in some cases a stronger identification might be preferable if
it can help guarantee material comes from a trusted source and has not
been tampered with en route.
