isn't directly related to community building. This can include, but is
not limited to:

* An artificial intelligence expert researching face recognition technology

* A technologist working with a racial justice grassroot organization.

* A land rights activist whose community is facing surveillance and
censorship threats

* A community organizer working on providing access to rural women
