[DATAGOV Core] LinkedIn + DMI Blog Post

Please find attached our draft version for the blog post on DMI and a caption for LinkedIn post. Looking forward to your comments and feedback!
Any other suggestions on using pictures/graphs from the report for the blog post are super welcome!

Few points I wanted to mention:

  1.
Firstly, it had to be a company page because we are not standalone university to use the “Educational Institution” feature. Only University of Amsterdam for example can use this. It’s standard for all others to use “company”, doesn’t have a corporate connotation.
  2.
I used “Higher Education” as a sub-category, there’s also an option to use “Research Services”. Usually independent think-tanks would use that option.
  3.
Do you prefer the name of the page to be “DATAGOV” or “DATAGOV Lab”?
  4.
In the About section, I added some placeholder text for now. When the website is updated, I can pick up revised text.
  5.
Used one of the temporary logos from Meg
  6.
For the banner, for now I just used the one that UvA has on its LinkedIn page.

Please feel free to give comments on any of these! I am doing this for the first time anyway :)
