[Bigbang-dev] Inducting new Core Developer: Aryan Falahatpisheh

Hello all,

I'm pleased to announce that by consensus of the Core Developers (me), Aryan
Falahatpisheh <https://github.com/Aryan-Barbarian> has been inducted as a
Core Developer. This is in recognition of his contributions
<https://github.com/datactive/bigbang/commits?author=Aryan-Barbarian> to
the project. Most notably, he has contributed the Git repository collection
and pre-processing functionality, as well as several notebooks
demonstrating these functions and analyzing Git repositories.

As per our bylaws <https://github.com/datactive/bigbang/wiki/Governance>,
I've added Aryan's name to the list of Core Developers.

Currenly, Aryan is an *inactive* Core Developer, since he has not made a
commit for over nine months. This means that there are no consequent
changes to the current Steering Committee as a result of this induction.

I've been in contact with Aryan recently to ask about his induction. He's
welcomed it, and is interested in participating in the project again when
he's less busy. On a personal note, I hope he does return to contribute to
the project. It's been a pleasure working with him.
