[Tor2web-talk] Proposal for a new Tor2web disclaimer page

Is this for their (the server's) legal purposes or ours? Because I'm fine
taking the brunt of legal assaults.
I personally favor of streamlining your first draft. But if my version is
too bare open to adding things back in.
