Yo,
well, i also think that putting content on tor2web website should be
valuable, but the fact is that Tor2web service is running also on other
domains (such as onion.XX or tor2web.fi) that may wish to be
"self-contained" under their own branding (also for legal purposes).
So, as much standard content we can embed in Tor2web software, less
content will need to be manually replicated on the "websites" of other
tor2web intiatives.
This was the reason we've been thinking to provide education and
valuable content in the disclaimer
