[Ta3m-Seattle] Booth materials

Just throwing this out there - we could use some new/fresh booth
materials. #6 is planning on working on this, because he is awesome, but
there's no reason he always needs to do it - let us spread the work (and word!)
around.

(also want to get this out of my brain and I'm bit busy to work on this
right now too).

Logistics and exact content for written text might be best coordinated
offlist for whichever part you're interested in contributing.

My notes from SeaGL:

* a 6' tablecloth would be good, and probably notably cheaper than the
stand-up banners. Maybe just a printed-on-fabric horizontal banner plus a
plain black tablecloth and some velcro? Specifically useful by LinuxFest
Northwest, but also at the next ACLU-related town hall if they're kind
enough to give us a table.

* the tri-fold is good, probably needs some updates, particularly on more
recent stuff (eg: city Privacy Initiative)

* a couple of colourful 8.5x11" stand up displays (to go in those acrylic
holders) would be handy.. I'm thinking:
   * one listing:
      * SPC
      * TA3M
      * Emerald Onion
   with QR codes and very short blurbs
  * one listing SPC 'things we've worked on' eg: police drone, cameras,
  ALPR, Shotspotter, Privacy initiative
  * one each for Emerald Onion and TA3M - this would help it be clear that
the table is for all 3 things from a bit of a distance

* stickers for TA3M, SPC, Emerald Onion - #6 and I have both run out, or
can't find our supply.

* small paper "mneumonic handouts" (ie: fit easily in a pocket) for SPC,
TA3M, Emerald Onion - either business card sized, or 1/6 or 1/4 of 8.5x11"
- these can be B&W text on colored paper to stand out and be cheap

* a small "booth guide" printed on cardstock and laminated ie: what to say
about each thing, if the person staffing the booth is more affiliated with
one than the other(s), plus a booth checklist

* a rugged small plastic crate/tote for carrying / storing all this stuff
(and possibly leave a bit of space for other orgs materials (flyers
plus stickers) just in case eg: ACLU, EFF, Tor)

If you're willing to do the work for some of this, and can't afford
to donate the (hopefully small) cost of any of these items, the work is
still a BIG HELP. Ping the SPC Board or TA3M Organizer's list and we can
work something out:
