"We" have a data structure problem to sort out if any efforts are going to
yield functional progress. Words won't get the job done.
Abstracting people into "people" and organizing Sovereign authority
backwards certainly doesn't work well enough.
People, Individuals All, is a structural requirement for "Sovereignty" and
"ID" that is functional.. one-off models are failing, slowly.. completely.
