[liberationtech] So there is no good video-conferencing solution, but what is everyone at LT using?

If you create any "new" solution, I suggest that you simply create a new instance of BigBlueButton that can be accessed by everyone on this list (and the general public too if you like).

It sounds to me like the only people who are unhappy are those who haven't used BigBlueButton yet (and have instead tried to get a lot of users working on Jitsi Meet).
So as long as everyone is planning to use BigBlueButton for their larger meetings, I think the problem is solved.
In fact, Jim Whitescarver already posted a link to a public BigBlueButton instance in an earlier email to this list:

I haven't tried it, so I don't know which features are enabled. But if there are features not enabled that you want to use, I suggest that adding such features should be a goal for your "new" solution if you choose to go that route.
