The I4C South Asia Hub has been closely following the recent development in Pakistan on the recent online content regulations and its impact on the Civic spaces in the country. Given the impact this new set of rules will have on privacy and acceptable norms on freedom of speech and expression online we are hosting a webinar to learn and create awareness around the challenges it will put the internet industry in Pakistan especially for global social media platforms and advocate on what needs to be done to ensure that free and open internet policies can be implemented which can help flourish free expression and freedoms online.
