Time to make some noise to disrupt people surveillance | incarceration | deportation Straightoutta Palo Alto, CA. It’s shameful that California allows companies with HQ in their states to not be incorporated there, and for DE, home state of Joe Biden, to have such loophole-ridden pro-big-business anti-people incorporation laws!

> Hola Andres,
>
> I’m writing with BREAKING NEWS from the #NoTechforICE campaign. Palantir, which provides ICE with the “mission critical” data analytics tools used to systematically surveil and target our communities, has filed to go public.
>
> This means they are looking to sell stocks on Wall Street and to continue to profit off of the surveillance of communities targeted by ICE and the Department of Defense. To go public they have had to account for every single law enforcement dollar received by filing an S-1.[1] This is a level of transparency we have never been able to access before.
>
> So what have we learned? Palantir’s S-1 reveals that they believe that their work with ICE could be "perceived to be harmful" & be bad for business. [2]
>
> Our organizing is being heard. But, we also need to push harder than we ever have before to make it clear to Palantir that contracts with ICE are harmful. This is not an issue of “perception”.
>
> Contracts with ICE are immoral, as they embolden a rogue agency that consistently commits human rights violations. They also are bad for business.
>
> Join us in making it clear to Palantir that contracts with ICE are harmful!
>
> 1. Use our social media toolkit to demand that Palantir #CancelTheICEContract
>
> 2. Sign up for the Palantir is Going Public: What Their Financials Mean for #NoTechForICE webinar scheduled for Monday, August 31 at 7:00PM ET/4PM to unpack the S-1 and strategize around what comes next.
