Keep in mind that the cost for some of these solutions might be attenuated by the fact that there is no travel 
or hotel costs associated with attending virtual conference. So, if your job sets aside money for you to attend conferences 
each year -- the entirety of that set-aside could go directly to the conference organizers and their associated costs. 

New virtual event solutions are likely to emerge now, too.
