[liberationtech] Could you recommend an attorney to help with a partnership agreement?

Hey all,
I hope that you and your families are all doing well and staying safe amid the
global pandemic.
I have always turned to this list for help, and you have always come through. I
am hoping you do not mind assisting me again.

I recently left AI Fund to start my own company Techlantis, an IT advisory and
implementation company, primarily in AI and cyber. We work mostly in tech for
good, and when we do not we donate part of the proceeds to support
Liberationtech.

We need the help of an attorney (ideally, pro bono) as soon as possible as we
are in the process of negotiating an IP agreement with another company, but we
would also like to continue to work with whoever does help us.
Any suggestions?
