I think you were talking earlier before about ICE notifications for raids, and honestly I think this program would be the ideal solution.
Basically setup a public scuttlebutt server for the service, have users install manyverse on their mobile phones. Once a user posts the message to the public server everyone else will download the feed and see the what where and when of the raid and even if they shut down the public server, it will still live on as everyone will have each individual as a subscribed feed.
