[liberationtech] Apple & Google Partner on Coronavirus Surveillance Tech

The first thing Apple can do is help the TraceTogether team. Their app can only run in the foreground on the iPhone, which means it will not function most of the time. Appleā€™s new Find My Mac protocol would probably provide a solution.
