For those of you who are interested, I found the following tools below
while looking for U.S. FCC-registered cell towers as part of a larger
project for increasing disaster resilience:

Also, Mimosa Networks has an online link planning tool that conveniently
shows existing 11GHz and 18 GHz licensed links:
