This handbook is a guide on how civil society organizations in West Africa
can leverage on technologies to ensure government transparency and
accountability. It is comprised of case studies of nine civil society
organizations using technologies to promote government accountability in
Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone. The author also uses the response
from a survey of 23 civil society organization working in 12 countries in
West Africa to put up guides and best practices that are included in this
book.
