Hi everyone,

There are two upcoming security-related events happening at Stanford
next Thursday and Friday that might be of interest:

* On 10/20 from 4-5pm, in SLS 355 (Law School Crown Building),
Jonathan Mayer, chief technologist for enforcement at the FCC, will be
presenting on his work developing privacy rules for telecommunications
companies.

* On 10/21, from 5-6pm, John Keefe, a senior executive at the NSA and
currently the Senior Strategist for Computer Network Operations, will
be discussing his work. Please RSVP to  Allison Berke
