Hi,

For people in Turkey who want to reach Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or
anywhere on the Internet, they can download Tor browser: http://www.
torproject.org  <https://t.co/aQRaNm2GjU>

If they can't reach www.torproject.org, they can email gettor at torproject.org
and a robot will help send them the correct version of the Tor browser.
Tor Browser allows them to circumvent Internet censorship, surf the web
anonymously, and disguises their location.

If they have Android phones, they can reach social media using Orbot:
https://guardianproject.info/apps/orbot/  (also designed by Tor people)
Orbot allows them to reach the free Internet but *does not* disguise their
location, because every cell phone pings to a cell phone tower.
