Haas Center fellowships provide an opportunity for continuing Stanford
undergraduates and graduating seniors/co-term students to design and
implement summer service projects with measurable outcomes that help
communities take a creative approach to addressing their needs.
Fellows may work in the United States or abroad. Fellows work to alleviate
some of society’s most pressing concerns across the United States and in
other countries. Projects vary in size and scope, work with diverse
constituencies, and address a wide range of issues.
The *Alexander Tung Fellowship
<https://haas.stanford.edu/cardinal-service/cardinal-quarter/undergraduate-fellowships-program/opportunities/alexander-tung>*,
a Haas Summer project fellowship, provides a fellow with the opportunity to
explore the use of *science and technology* for the benefit of society at
large. Several project-based fellowships will be awarded in the amount of
$4,000, plus financial aid for qualifying students. An additional $1000 for
project expenses is available.
