The Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law together with the
Centre for International Governance Innovation are proud to present a
special workshop on *Wednesday, Feb. 17 *entitled, “New Alliances in
Cybersecurity, Human Rights & Internet Governance.” The all-day workshop
will feature two keynote addresses by the Honorable Carl Bildt, former
Prime Minister and Former Minister of Sweden, and Marc Andreessen,
co-founder and general partner of Andreessen Horowitz. A full agenda can be

All guests must be registered by Sunday, Feb. 14 at this site:
http://is.gd/dMaYJf. Registration begins at 8:30 am and the workshop starts
promptly at 9:00 am. Guests who are not registered, will not be admitted.
