Hi LibTech List-mates,

ASL19, a research and technology lab working to empower Iranians with
online tools and resources to bypass Internet censorship, has been
shortlisted for the Dutch Human Rights Tulip Award
<http://www.humanrightstulip.nl/candidates-and-voting/asl19>. One of our
primary areas of work is propagating and localizing circumvention software
to bypass Iran's filternet.

Some of you who are LMs may not have heard of the Award. We would
appreciate your support in this round of public voting - With 2874 votes,
we're #5 among 30 organizations. *Voting Ends TOMORROW*
<https://vote.humanrightstulip.nl/asl19> at 5:59pm EST. We need to make it
to the Top 3 to get to the next round!

If you think ASL19 is doing good work please *vote
<https://vote.humanrightstulip.nl/asl19> *for us and help us spread the
word. https://vote.humanrightstulip.nl/asl19

Among the 30 shortlisted organizations, *ASL19* <https://asl19.org/en/> is
the only group working to enable access to information and freedom of
expression online.

Many thanks for your time.

Warmly,

Sophie and the ASL19 Team
