Nighat, I found it difficult to read this document in the window provided on your site via the link below, so I clicked on “download a copy,” which gave me a DOC. When I opened the DOC, I found it still had some comments in it (like “for me this section doesn’t add anything. I would consider cutting it”)—you might want to clean that up.

 

Re the contents of the White Paper—an interesting read, but I wondered whether it could’ve been richer if it provided any examples of abuse. Without examples, it feels a little theoretical, abstract.
