Idle curiosity, what percent of Iranian Internet users use a proxy
(or don't go naked on the Internet)? 1%? 5%? 50%?
I suspect (based on zero data) that awareness these tools exist is
the first problem to solve. Deciding which tool to use is the 26th
problem.
