This is being spearheaded by the Minnesota Secretary of State's Office and
was inspired by HackforMN 1 and CityCampMN HackforMN 2 among other events.
With Open Twin Cities/E-Democracy providing contract assistance, I am
exploring mechanisms for supporting additional government assistance work
in this area. Thoughts?
Quick question - what other hackathon/data jams are you aware of that have
been organized by state government agencies? It seems that in terms of
government hosting of such events it has been mostly large cities and a few
Federal agencies. Or are states getting more involved?
