[liberationtech] Help test the new Tor Browser!

I have the same results:

I do not have a Nvidia card.
"sfc /verifyonly" did not resolve the issue
Setting gfx.direct2d.disabled to true lets it run without setting the
compatibility to Windows XP

Once it is going it looks really great!  Excited to try it out.
