[liberationtech] Cryptocat: Translation Volunteers Needed

Thanks so much to everyone who helped! The translations are now all up to date.

I'd like to extend special thanks to Dragana Kaurin from OpenITP. OpenITP is launching a localization management platform soon, too, so I hope working with them will make this stuff easier in the future. :-)
