[liberationtech] Urgent! Need a reliable public OpenID provider

I've got some projects where admins login with OpenID (and there's no other
way to login).
One by one, OpenID providers started disappearing, and gradually all those
flocks flocked to myopenid.com and now it's dead.
Well I can still tell them to open an account at launchpad or something,
but it would be a bit strange to explain to some dude with a website.

Is there a reliable public OpenID provider I can tell folks to register to?
(riseup? telecomix?) or should I deploy one myself?
