Hi Frank,
Thanks for those kind words - I can't take too much credit for them as they really are Article 19's brain child with Peter Bagnall's input and the film-makers - Codoc (http://www.codoc.org/) have an excellent format. I hope you are also aware of my former employer, Tactical Tech's excellent materials as well - see https://protect.tacticaltech.org/. They are currently up for a Bob award (https://thebobs.com/english/category/2013/best-blog-english-2013/) for Me and My Shadow - https://myshadow.org/ - which is a pretty nifty way to look at how your online life is exposed.
I'm afraid I won't be at the UNESCO conference as thats a bit out of my range (I'm based in the UK), but I hope you'll share insights from it!
