[liberationtech] What's the date of latest release of Security in a Box booklet?

Hi all, can anyone tell me the date of the latest update to the security in
a box booklet, seen here:

Frontline Defenders' version is dated as originally 2007, updated in 2009,
but I've heard SIAB has a fairly recent update? I'm wondering if thats only
the site, or also available as a pdf.
