[liberationtech] Comcast net neutrality?

I have not read this article but this might be useful to your research:
I remember hearing Comcast present the case that Xfinity's traffic is
routed on Comcast's own LAN rather than WAN (the Internet).

Which would naturally enable them to provide a higher level of service.
