[liberationtech] Comcast net neutrality?

Hey guys, 

I'm wondering if there's any obvious/easy way to verify this -- and/or if Libtech members would be willing to help me (in my capacity as an editor for Ars Technica), by duplicating this experiment. (I can't as I don't have an Xbox.)
