Thanks, but I think that might be a different magazine? (Still interesting though....thanks)
Defense Technologies International seems to be published by McGraw Hill (I thought they published school and science books?), whereas Defense Technologies is published by "ARMS−TASS NEWS AGENCY" , http://www.arms-tass.su/ You'd think they could come up with unique names...
I can find lots of Russian language information, but my Russian worse than terrible, and Google Translate ain't working.
