[liberationtech] Pirate Bay turns to drones

US Airforce has played with drones and aerostats, as over-the-horizon IP 
routers, for years.  Don't know what's in operational use, but google 
"airborne IP" and you'll find all kinds of interesting stuff. Not at all 
a ridiculous idea.
