[liberationtech] Pirate Bay turns to drones

This announcement was widely panned by participants on the companion
drone-list <https://mailman.stanford.edu/mailman/listinfo/drone-list>,
primarily for technical and practical infeasibility. Perhaps TPB issued
this statement for the lulz.
That said, a working prototype of a swarming drone-based file-sharing
network was demonstrated earlier this year.
