Ok, finally read (thanks to the ones who have uploaded it outside of
google).

There's just one concern to me: who are the people who operates the
number, how does it work, and how do they process with username
andpassword. To me it's more than an issue (could perfectly be a
governemental groups that try to get some twitter accounts they could
subvert).

This kind of initiative is good, but what is needed here, is
transparency. Especially if you send password in the clear over an
untrsuted network such as GSM (and yes, monitoring and intercepting SMS
is easily done, another way for governemental to get their hands on
these).
