I will be speaking on that panel with Mark Belinsky and, originally Lhadon
Tethong of SFT and Tibet Action, but now with Sabrina Hersi Issa.
And yes, I'm aware the title is a bit provocative/annoying, but perhaps it
will garner attendance. Also, It wasn't my idea. ;)
