Network Etiquette Guidelines (RFC 1855) reserves its strongest
condemnation, "extremely bad form", for only one thing: including all
the previous message in an email reply.
Simple consideration for others compels the poster to edit away the
irrelevant, so that a whole list of readers doesn't have to do it.
