[liberationtech] Websites blocked in UAE with Netsweeper

The link that you are receiving an alert on sends you to a page which
contains a list of many websites. Some of the sites listed on that page are
phishing sites.

As such, some software may alert on this page due to the fact that it
contains URLs of sites that are known to be bad.
