[liberationtech] Twitter May Censor Tweets in Individual Countries

I like the idea that Twitter will be transparent with their users
about content that's censored in only one country, but why not be
equally transparent globally. ChillingEffects lists a whole lot of
tweets which received DMCA notices. If you visit the Tweet now, it
just returns a 404 not found. Why not return an error message
explaining it was taken down in response to a request and linking to
the Chilling Effects page, as Google does?
